R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, only one bid was received for the furnishing of
a special rescue tool for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Fire Fox Corporation submitted a bid in the amount
of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty -Seven and No/100 ($4,947.00)
Dollars for the special rescue tool for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that -the bid
submitted by Fire Fox Corporation was the only bid submitted and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAU.MONT:
THAT the bid of Fire Fox Corporation in the amount of $4,947.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized.to make payment for said special rescue tool
upon acceptable delivery and/or installation."
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
