R E S_ 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City Council considers it in the best interest
of the citizens of the City of Beaumont to apply for a grant entitled
"Automated Accident Analysis System"; and,
WHEREAS, said grant is to be funded 100% by the Governor's
Office of Traffic Safety in the approximate amount of $17,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE-
CITY
HE-
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City.Manager be and.he is hereby, authorized to execute all
necessary documents to make application for a grant from the Governor's
Office of Traffic Safety of the State of Texas for an "Automated Acci-
dent Analysis System".
