BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont a permit for ITT Terryphone Cor-
poration to install, maintain, operate, replace or remove an over-
head communications cable across the 900 block of Dixie Street in
the City of Beaumont, Texas, according to the conditions as set
forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
