WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
20,000 General Offense Report Forms for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. submitted an in-
formal bid in the amount of One Thousand Seventy -Five and 40/100
($1,075.40) Dollars for the 20,000 General Offense Report Forms for
the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc.. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the informal bid of Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. in the
amount of $1,075.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the ap-
propriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
20,000 General Offense Report Forms upon acceptable delivery.
