RE''S'OL'U'T I'O'N
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-75-384, dated October 28, 1975,
Base Bid No. A was awarded to Korrect Steel in the amount of $36,700
for the construction of the covered play area of the Athletic Com-
plex; and,
WHEREAS, the City,Council feels it in the best interest of
the citizens of the City of Beaumont that the bid of Korrect Steel be
rescinded," -and that the bid be awarded to Daniels Construction Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF BEAUMONT:
THAT combined Bid Nos. A, B, C-1, C-2 and C-3, received October 3,
1975, be awarded to Daniels Construction Company in the amount of
$256,800 as the best bid received for the construction and electrical
mechanical items of the covered play area of the Athletic Complex; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bid of Korrect Steel is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
