WHEREAS, Unit No. 938, a 1969 International Model 150 front
end track type loader, is presently in need of major repairs and can-
not be used in its present condition; and,
WHEREAS, this front end loader is absolutely necessary for use
in several sewer projects; and,
and,
WHEREAS, the need for this equipment constitutes an emergency;
WHEREAS, World Wide Welding & Press Company, Houston, Texas,
has proved to be the only location where the repairs necessary for
this unit can be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be and he is hereby, authorized to
make the necessary repairs to the undercarriage of Unit No. 938, a
1969 International Model -150 front end track type loader, in the esti-
mated amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($3,500.00)
Dollars, with said repairs being done by World Wide Welding & Press
Company.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
