R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as part of the Citizens Activities Program, the
City and the private sector are to undertake the development of
the Orleans Street Esplanade; and,
WHEREAS, Central City Development Corporation has prepared
a contract with Marmon, Mok and Green for architectural services on
the project; and,
WHEREAS, the first phase of said architectural services will
cost Twelve Thousand and No/100 ($12,000.00) Dollars;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
Central City Development Corporation the sum of Six Thousand and
No/100 ($6,000.00) Dollars as one-half (1/2) of the total cost of
the first phase of architectural services on the Orleans.Street Es-
planade, said payment to be made from CAP bond funds.
