BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to transfer
funds in the amount of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and N0/100
($360,000.00) Dollars from Account No. 79-419 to the Beaumont Tran-
sit System Fund.
