HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 75 378g- 9 a- 5%p R E 'S 0 L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit XI, which includes Monterrey Drive from the North line of Lot 32, Block 18 to the South line of Lot 33, Block 17; Brandywine Drive from the North line of Lot 40, Block 17 to the South line of Lot 34', Block 17; and Collier Road from the east line of Lot 16, .,Block 20 to the.West line of Lot 16, Block 20, has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained -by the.City; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improve- ments qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that. -said improvements should be accepted and maintained .by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement - improvements serving Dowlen West Addition, Unit XI, as above described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont snd shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
