BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to reimburse Gulf
States Utilities Company in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty -Six and 42/100 ($2,826.42) Dollars for the relocation of one
electrical transmission line pole for the City of Beaumont's Florida
Avenue CIP Project No. ll -ST -08.
