R E S O -L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of a Cot in-
cubator for the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, VWR Scientific submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty -Nine and No/100 ($1,639.00) Dollars
for the Co2 incubator for the Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by VWR Scientific is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of VWR Scientific in the amount of $1,639.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said Co2 incubator upon acceptable
delivery and/or installation.
