WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of color photo-
graphy equipment for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Skylark Camera Company, Houston, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount of Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty -Seven and 20/100
($6,137.20) Dollars for the color photography equipment for the Police
Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Skylark Camera Company is the best bid received and should
be accepted; j
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Skylark Camera Company in the amount of $6,137.20 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate'City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said color photography equip-
ment upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
