R E S.0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of transit
vehicle components for the Beaumont Municipal Transit; and,
WHEREAS, Flxible Company submitted a bid in the amount of
Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -Five and 09/100 ($9,655.09) Dollars
for the transit vehicle components for the Beaumont Municipal Transit;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Flxible Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Flxible Company in the amount of $9,655.09 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said transit vehicle components upon
acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
