BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
renewal lease agreement with the Young Men's Business League of Beau-
mont, Texas, for a period of five (5) years beginning October 1, 1975,
and ending September 30, 1980, for the Young Men's Business League to
lease the YMBL Building at Fair Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
