BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a lease.with-the'Economic Opportunity Commission for a period
of five (5) years on the Pipkin School property in the City of
Beaumont, Texas.
