BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is.hereby, authorized to
execute a lease for,a five (5)' year period with the YMCA for the
use of the old Department of Public Safety Building on Interstate
10.
