R S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment to
Lanier Business Products out of Criminal Justice Department Grant No.
AC -75-B05-3028 in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -Two
and No/100 ($1,532.00) Dollars for one (1) year's maintenance agree-
ment on all central dictation equipment at the Police and Municipal
Court Building.
