R E S O -L U T I O N
WHEREAS,.only one bid was received for the furnishing of a
stationary island type lubrication system for the buses of the Beaumont
Municipal Transit; and,
WHEREAS, Sprague Devices, Inc. submitted this bid in the amount
of One Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty -Two and 38/100 ($1,882.-38) Dollars
for the stationary island type lubrication system.for the buses of the
Beaumont Municipal Transit; and,
WHEREAS, the City. Council is of the opinion.that the bid sub-
mitted by Sprague Devices,. -Inc. is the only bid received and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the.bid of Sprague Devices, Inc. in the amount of $11,882.38 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said stationary island type lubri-
cation system upon acceptable.delivery and/or installation.
