BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and -he is hereby, authorized to file a
civil suit against Walter Thornell in the amount of One Thousand
Five Hundred Thirty -Nine and 70/100 ($1,539.70) Dollars which is
owed the City of Beaumont for 123,175 pounds of scrap,metal which
was picked up at various City installations in accordance with a
contract during the period of July 9, 1974 through September 24,
1975.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
