R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE .
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue a permit to drill
and operate an oil and/or gas well to Mallard Drilling Corporation,
subject to the provision by Mallard Drilling Corporation of sufficient
off-street parking for all vehicles used at the drill sate, said well
to be located as described in the plat attached hereto and made a part
of this resolution for all purposes; and.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that insurance shall be provided the
City of Beaumont as set.out in the ordinances of the City of Beaumont
by Mallard Drilling Corporation at a minimum of One Hundred Thousand
and No/100 ($100,000.00) Dollars per occurrence for personal injury and
property damage; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond for said oil and/or gas
well is hereby set at Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00)
Dollars.
