BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
labor agreement with Local No. 399, International Association of Fire
Fighters, in accordance with the terms agreed to in collective bar-
gaining sessions between the City of Beaumont and Local No. 399, and
in accordance with the award of the arbitration panel on issues unre-
solved in the collective bargaining process; and that the City Clerk

is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of,the
City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
