R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of a gift of property be accepted by the City of
Beaumont for park purposes from Mrs. Agnes Smith Boyles and Mrs.
Minifred Smith Henderson, the description of which property is de-
scribed in the Deed of Gift attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution for all purposes.
