R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with the Beaumont Art Museum at a cost to the City of Fif-
teen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty -Four and No/100 ($15,354.00) Dol-
lars for Beaumont.Art Museum to pay to the Wilson Memorial Art Cen-
ter for janitorial and grounds maintenance services for the period
of time from October 1, 1975 to September 30, 1976; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby autho-
rized_to attest to said contract and to affix the Seal of the Citv
of Beaumont thereto.
