BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
lease agreement with Johnny Haynes authorizing him to lease a five
(5) acre tract of land, more or less, known as Haynes Park, for a
period of five (5) years beginning March 1, 1975, at a yearly rental
sum of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($250.00) Dollars.
