R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with the Beaumont Independent School District creating the
"Beaumont Tax Collection Agency", a copy of which agreement is attached
hereto and made a part of this resolution for all purposes.
