BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a letter agreement with'First Security National
Bank as Trustee of the Beaumont Municipal Transit retirement plan, to
hold harmless First Security National Bank from liability for any trans-
actions occurring prior to its becoming Trustee.
