R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make pay-
ment to Pak -Mor, Inc. in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty and No/100 ($3,350.00) Dollars, in payment for City Truck No.
60-0612, which was burned on July 29, 1975, and thus unable to be
used as a trade-in as scheduled in the bids from Pak -Mor, Inc. to the
City of Beaumont.
