BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment to
Amoco Production Company in the estimated amount of $105,625.00, for'
reimbursement of Amoco Production Company's expense of lowering, re-
locating and adjusting various oil lines which lie across the proposed
Delaware Street between Thomas Road and Dowlen Road, which are a part
of the Delaware Street Revenue Sharing Project.
