R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 25, 1975, bids were received for the fur -

nishing of a contract for aluminum sulfate for use by the -S-t-r-e-e

-De-pa-r-tment- of the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the only bid
received in time for the bid openings on the contract for aluminum
sulfate does not meet specifications and should be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid received for the contract for aluminum sulfate is hereby
rejected.
