R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
letter agreement authorizing the South East Texas Regional Planning
Commission and/or its contractor to enter upon and use property be-
longing to the City of Beaumont for the installation of all equipment
comprising part of the Regional Law Enforcement Radio Communication
System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
