BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with Ren6 Bates Auctioneers, Inc. for a five (5) year term
beginning October 1, 1975, and ending September 30, 1980, to perform
services in conducting an annual auction of surplus City equipment at
a fee equal to ten per cent (100) of gross sales receipts; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
attest to said agreement and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
thereto.
