R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont a utility easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company for the extension of their underground electrical
lines from Highway 124 to the site of the new sewage lift station
being constructed at the intersection of Highway 124 and Tyrrell
Park Road under Contract III -B, CIP Project No. ll -SS -042; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized to attest to same and to affix_ the Seal of the
City of Beaumont thereto.
