BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manageror his designee be, and he is
hereby, authorized to retain Mr. Willard Hall at a maximum
fee of TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100.($2,000.00) DOLLARS to appraise
certain easements for the.Beaumont Municipal Airport;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or his
designee be, and he is hereby, authorized to retain Jefferson
County Title Company at state regulated fees to provide title
information and title policies for said easements.
