BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be authorized to execute a renewal contract for
the furnishing of concession services for the Parks & Recreation Depart-
ment and the Building Maintenance Department, with Mr. C. L. Sonnier dba
Charlie's Port -A -Rental whose annual contract expires September 30, 1975.
