BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be authorized to make payment to
Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. in the amount of Five.Thousand Five Hun-
dred Ninety -Nine and 45/100 ($5,599.45) Dollars for services performed
in the auctioning of City equipment on June 28, 1975.
