R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designee be, and is hereby,
authorized to retain Jefferson County.Title Company to provide
title opinions and title policies for the acquisition of land
for the Pearl -Orleans Connector, C.A.P..Project 45 -ST -03, at
such fees as are provided under State law, and to further
retain Mr. Willard Hall and Mr., M. L. Lefler, Jr., to provide
professional expert opinions as to the amount of just compen-
sation to be paid landowners within said project, and to pay
for such services not in excess of THREE THOUSAND AND N0/100
($3,000.00).DOLLARS each to Messrs. Hall and Lefler.
