R E S O L U T I' '0' N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of CIP
Project No. 11 -ST -121, the same being the construction of the widen-
ing of Lavaca Street to forty-four (44') feet from Lakner Street to
Bob Street, connecting with East Lavaca Street (CIP Project No. 11 -ST -
06) and Sarah Street (CIP Project No. 11 -ST -122), has been examined by
the City Council, and been found to be in the best interest of the City
of Beaumont and its citizenry, and said plans and specifications are,
in all respects, finally approved and adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of CIP
Project No. 11 -ST -121, Lavaca Street, the cost of said construction to
be paid from Capital Improvement Program Bond Funds.
