BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a license or lease agreement with Henry Homberg for the operation of
Tyrrell Park Municipal Golf Course for a term of five (5) years, sub-
jectito the same terms and conditions in the existing agreement between
the City of Beaumont and Henry Homberg.
