BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized
to retain the firm of Stewart Title Company to perform the necessary
title research on the Beaumont Civic Center, Citizens Activities Pro-
gram Project No. 45-B-01, this title research work to be performed
at a pay rate in accordance with fee schedules as set out by the
State of Texas.
