R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be,,and he is hereby, authorized to retain the
firm of Shimek, Roming, Jacobs & Finklea to analyze the request of
Entex, Inc. for a rate adjustment at a total cost to the City not to
exceed Seventy -Two Hundred and No/100 ($7,200.00) Dollars, in accordance
with Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
