BE.IT RESOLVED BY,THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make pay-
ment in the amount of Eight Hundred and No/100 ($800.00) Dollars to
Pitts, Phelps F White, a firm of architects, planners and engineers,
for services performed in regard to preliminary noise level evalua-
tion (acoustical consultation) at the project site of the exhibition
hall/coliseum, CAP Project No. 45-B-01.
