WHIITENGUrtG BE: Condemnation of 385 Acres for Expansion of Land Fill Operations Mr. Kenneth Wall City Attorney City Hall Beaumont, Texas' Dear Mr. Wall: In line with our telephone conversation today, please be advised that I will accept employment to 'represent the City of Beaumont in this matter on the basis of an hourly charge of $ 75 per hour. With respect to services performed by any junior associates the charge will be adjusted accordingly. I appreciate being offered the opportunity of working for the City of Beaumont in this case.
