R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to negotiate
and execute a contract with Dickson, Dickson $ Bullock, architects
and engineers, for the development of plans and specifications for
the arena and other improvements involved in the Citizens Activities
Program bond proposal for Fair Park at a fixed fee of Fifty -Seven
Thousand and No/100 ($57,000.00) Dollars.
