WHEREAS, on July 29, 1975, Resolution No. R-75-256 was
passed recording the amount of the Fischer & Porter Company bid
erroneously as $7,980.00 for three (3) chlorinators for the Water
Production Department; and,
WHEREAS, the actual amount bid on the three chlorinators
by -Fischer $ Porter Company was in the amount of $5,454.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. R-75-256 be amended to read that the actual
amount bid for the three chlorinators for the Water Production
Department was in the amount of $5,454.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
