BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
release of the titles on the following vehicles to Pak -Mor, Inc.:
Rear Loading Packer Truck - City Vehicle No. 612
Rear Loading Packer Truck - City Vehicle No. 614
Rear Loading Packer Truck City Vehicle No. 615
Rear Loading Packer Truck - City Vehicle No. 616
Front Loading Packer Truck- City Vehicle No. 631
Front Loading Packer Truck- City Vehicle No. 634

City of Beaumont, Texas, did file with the County Clerk of
Jefferson County, Texas, one certain lien in the amount of
$58.64 covering the hereinafter described tract of land
in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said
lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said County in
volume 1530 at Page 287 ; and
WHEREAS, Carl L. Griffith
is the
owner of said hereinafter described tract of land, the true
description of which is as follows, to -wit:

Block "C", Tyrrell Park Addition to the City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the full
and final payment of the money represented by said lien, The
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, acting by its
duly elected and qualified Mayor, does hereby RELEASE and
QUITCLAIM unto Carl L. Griffith all
right, title, interest and estate in the above described
property which it may have as the owner and holder of said
above described lien.
