R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City o.f Beaumont and H. B. Neild & Sons, Inc.
executed a certain contract on the 13 day of February, 1974, for the
construction of the Water Utilities Service Center, CIP Project No.
11-WU-01, at an original contract price of $713,540.00; and,
WHEREAS, after additions and deductions of change orders, the
amount of $35,627.76 remains unpaid on said contract based on actual
work performed; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected this work and has
recommended its acceptance and final payment in the amount of $35,627.76
to be made to the contractor based on actual work performed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said,,contract in all particulars and does further authorize the final
payment of $35,627.76 to the said contractor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 19 75 .
