BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont a lease contract by and between the
City of Beaumont and the Gold Coast Fine Arts Association, leasing to
said association 0.60 acre of land, more or less, abutting the G.B. &
K.C. (Santa Fe) Railroad and St. Helena Street, for a term of five (5)
years, subject to cancellation upon ninety (90) days notice in writing,
at an annual rental of One and No/100 ($1.00) Dollar; and, that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal
of the City of Beaumont thereto..
