R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
authorized to apply to the Department of Highways and Public Trans-
portation for assistance in funding,of capital improvements for the
transit system for the City of Beaumont; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Manager, Howard
McDaniel, is authorized and directed to do all acts necessary for the
acquisition of such financial assistance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
