BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
designated to be the City official whose signature is to appear on
all documents relating to the Environmental Protection Agency grant
pursuant to project WPC-TEX-975, which is the West End Interceptor
Sewer Project of the City of Beaumont.
