BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment
to Gruen Associates, Inc. in the amount of Forty -Five and 12/100 ($45.12)
Dollars for travel expenses and program assistance in preparation for
improvements to be constructed under the Citizens Activities Program.
